Redesigned the end-to-end user journey, increasing task completion rates by 58% and reducing user abandonment by 25% through simplified flows, clearer interactions, and usability-driven design improvements.

A career built from graphics and animation roots into AI-driven enterprise UI/UX design.

I'm Lead UI/UX Designer at Elite Force Consultancy, leading UI/UX for DIFC Authority's client portals, now engaged directly on the account.

I take products from user research and market analysis through low- and high-fidelity design to hand-off, and use AI tools trained on the design system to explore ideas and deliver solutions faster while leading design teams under tight deadlines.

Before that, I spent five years at Absyz Software Consulting leading UX for DIFC's real estate portals, six years at Tata Consultancy Services designing for Ericsson, Microsoft and Humana, and started my career at Hibu as a Graphic Designer.

After 14+ years of designing and handing off to developers, I built and launched a live product of my own, with no dev team, no coding background.

Buy & sell anything across India, for free

BazaarTrade.in is a classifieds site for India where people buy and sell their stuff, with free ad posting, no commission and no transaction fees, with listings organised by category and location.

I built the whole thing myself: my design instincts on the product side, and Claude doing the heavy lifting on the code. I bought the domain, worked through the DNS setup and pushed it live. It wasn't effortless. There were plenty of moments where I had no idea what I was looking at, but a designer with zero coding knowledge now has a live product on the internet.
